By accessing or using Quantum (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

Quantum provides:

• TradingView Pine Script indicators for technical analysis
• Educational content about trading strategies
• Signal notifications based on technical indicators
• Access to trading educational materials

Quantum does NOT provide:

• Financial advice or investment recommendations
• Guaranteed trading profits
• Account management services
• Brokerage services

You must be:

• At least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
• Legally able to enter into binding contracts
• Not prohibited by law from using financial trading tools
• Resident in a jurisdiction where use of this Service is legal

Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Pine Script code for personal trading only
• Access educational materials and content
• Use the Service for its intended purpose

You may NOT:

• Share, sell, or distribute the Pine Script code
• Reverse engineer or modify the indicators
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without written permission
• Violate any intellectual property rights

• No automatic conversion to paid subscription

Paid Subscriptions

• Monthly: $199/month, billed monthly
• Annual: $1999/year, billed annually
• Payment via Stripe (credit/debit card)
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime (no refunds for partial periods)

• 30-day money-back guarantee for first payment only
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days
• No refunds for renewals or cancellations mid-period
• No refunds if account is terminated for violations

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities under your account
• Notifying us of unauthorized access
• Providing accurate registration information
• One account per person (no sharing)

You may NOT:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the Service
• Copy, distribute, or resell the Pine Script code
• Submit false information during registration
• Use automated bots or scrapers
• Harass or abuse support staff

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE:

• Trading involves substantial risk of loss
• Quantum provides educational tools, not advice
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
• Quantum is not liable for any trading losses

All content, including but not limited to:

• Pine Script code and indicators
• Website design and graphics
• Educational materials and strategies
• Logos, trademarks, and branding
• Blog posts and written content

Is owned by Quantum and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

No Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or reliability of results, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum and its operators shall NOT be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, service interruptions, or third-party actions.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantum, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your trading activities, violation of these Terms, or violation of any laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• Change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Update features or functionality
• Modify these Terms (changes effective upon posting)

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in prohibited conduct
• Provide false information
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the Service illegally or fraudulently

Upon termination:

• Your access is revoked immediately
• No refunds for remaining subscription period
• You must cease using the Pine Script code
• Your account data may be deleted

The Service integrates with:

• TradingView (Pine Script platform)
• Stripe (payment processing)

You must comply with their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

• Governed by the laws of Delaware, USA
• Disputes resolved through binding arbitration
• Each party pays own legal fees unless court orders otherwise
